He Grew Up In The Hospitality Industry - Restaurant & Bar Owner & Operator

Keith has personally owned and operated more than 12 different hospitality ventures over his 40+ year career. Born in Birmingham and from collecting glasses at the age of 11 in his Uncles Café his entrepreneurial skills were in his blood and he went on to open his first Wine Bar at the age of 21. His Philosophy Keith knows how hard it is to be an operator in an ever changing industry. He refuses to let you fail or make a wrong decision, and fiercely negotiates the best rates and deals with your partners and vendors. It doesn’t matter how big or small of an operation you have, he is committed to making sure that it’s a success.

WILLIES WINEBAR

The second wine bar to open in Birmingham in the 70’s on the corner of Summer Row was Keith Williams’s first venue on his own.

PEPPERMINT PLACE

Situated on Broad Street in Birmingham in the early 80’s offering the latest disco tunes and atmosphere and became one of Birmingham’s top nightspots.

BURBERRIES On The Street

An Award winning highly acclaimed live music venue. While Keith operated this venue bands such as The Proclaimers appeared alongside The Pretenders, The Christians, Haircut 100, Johnny Hates Jazz & Fuzzbox to name a few.

BRANNIGANS

Opened in 1987, this highly acclaimed Bar set standards not seen before in Birmingham or the UK before.

ROCKWELLS

Opened in 1989 this was the most stylish and expensive venue to date. Marble floors throughout & elaborate design this bar set a new trend.

STOODI BAKERS Cafe Bar

This bar became an institution in the early 90’s with its elegance and splendor by day, style an excitement by night.

STOODI BAKERS AMERICAN 50’S DINER

Designed and fitted in the American style of the 50’s Stoodi’s Diner recreates the rock ‘n’roll era of jukebox music.

MELLOW

In the late 90’s Stoodi Bakers Diner was transformed into Mellow as a chill out alternative to the main Stoodi Bakers Bar.

SOME PLACE ELSE BRASSERIE

A taste of Paris in Birmingham. Designed in a simplistic yet classic style of the continent this venue placed its emphasis firmly on quality and high standards.

BAKERS The Club

This prestigious nightclub became one of the UK’s leading dance clubs in the 90’s. With a spacious dance floor 2 bars and VIP lounge and an interior to die for.

TOOT’S

Situated in the basement of Liberty’s Nightclub, Toots offered a different style in interior and music for corporate events and private parties. The Egyptian style created an intimate space to a regular clientele.
