Keith has personally owned and operated more than 12 different hospitality ventures over his 40+ year career. Born in Birmingham and from collecting glasses at the age of 11 in his Uncles Café his entrepreneurial skills were in his blood and he went on to open his first Wine Bar at the age of 21. His Philosophy Keith knows how hard it is to be an operator in an ever changing industry. He refuses to let you fail or make a wrong decision, and fiercely negotiates the best rates and deals with your partners and vendors. It doesn’t matter how big or small of an operation you have, he is committed to making sure that it’s a success.
